I tried contacting the Airlines (AirIndia) directly, but they denied to help me as the tickets were booked through an agent. I tried emailing BudgetAir almost 20 times; all my efforts went in vain. WebWe booked our flight through budgetair. Not the cheapest options, we paid extra for reasonable take-off times, reasonable landing times, reasonable transit times. Then all of a sudden the flights were changed, 5 out of 6 fligh numbers totally different. Guess what: super early take-off (problem with rental car drop off etc), 9 hours transit time.
