Web240hz is a pretty unrealistic expectation. 144hz is buttery smooth, anything above like 165hz is diminishing returns imo. I can't get 240 in any new games with 1080ti. in fact it's rough to get 144 in pub. At 1080p, I imagine a GTX 1080Ti could approach 200fps on new games on full low settings.
