WebPhoenotopia Awakening has few of those. What it does have is a wonderful world to discover with many many characters and sidequests and secrets and fantastic puzzles, so I would definitely recommend it if you are in the mood for exploration. It has a couple of challenging boss fights too (though it also has generous difficulty settings.)
