WebHMEA’s Day Habilitation Program promotes independent living, good health and a satisfying life. The program fosters community integration, relationship building, social and communication skills, and daily living and recreational activities. WebREACH offers a counselor available to talk when help is most needed. Persons of any age may call this crisis hotline for help with depression, drug and alcohol related problems, referrals, counseling and more. This is a free, confidential service available Monday-Thursday evenings, 6-11 pm.
